Stunningly situated in an alpine clearing of fir and fragrant cedar, this Welches home has a natural setting you'll long to return each year. From the hot tub, the patio, and the tree-lined yard, you'll have gorgeous views of the Three Nines Golf Course and some of the prettiest mountain sunsets you've ever seen.

This two-story home sits on an acre of land abutting the Three Nines, giving you a 60-foot-wide view of the golf course filtering through the trees. Owned by a family of four generations of skiers, the house gives you fantastic access to Mt. Hood's slopes (without the traffic you contend with further down the mountain). It's 12 miles to Mt. Hood Skibowl, 19 miles to Timberline Lodge, and 24 miles to Mt. Hood Meadows.

Where the winter months are for skiing and snowboarding, summer days are for spending time in the expansive, private yard. Sear steaks on the gas grill, set the table on the patio for a sunset dinner, and stargaze in the evening from the hot tub or a seat by the firepit.

Inside, the house is wonderfully outfitted for a vacationing family. Cozy up by the gas fireplace in the living room, pile on the recliners to stream movies on the den's smart TV, or retreat to the garage for a family foosball tournament. There's a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room, and a private washer/dryer for your convenience as well. Of the bedrooms, one is on the main floor and three - including a primary suite - are upstairs.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located in Welches, this vacation home is in a rural area and next to a golf course. Timberline Lodge Ski Area and The Courses at Resort at the Mountain are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Salmon River and Sandy River. Mountain Sports and Rainbow Trout Farm are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
