One of the few park models with a River view from the backyard and home. The 1 BR-1BA park model is located in the Lazy Days Resort in Welaka, FL. There is an attached sunroom with a double bed and room divider for privacy as well as a comfortable double futon in the living room area. Sleeps a total of 7 people. The home has an additional screened-in porch and deck located at the back of the property with a gorgeous view overlooking the river! You also have use of a community pool, dock, fish cleaning station and boat slip. The rental is very close to several of the favorite "local" watering holes and restaurants and we offer a golfcart for a small additional fee. Bring your boat or rent one locally to fish or spend a leisurely day at one of the nearby springs. The Manatees come into the springs during the cold months and they are awesome to see.

Ravine Gardens State Park and Palatka Municipal Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Dunns Creek State Park and 40 Acre Park. Welaka National Fish Hatchery Aquarium and Willard Hazen Ball Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and ecotours nearby.
