Welcome to your peaceful retreat in the Great Smoky Mountains. Enjoy all this beautiful house has to offer-2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a large loft area with a sleeper sofa. Gas fireplace, fire pit, spacious deck, granite countertops. Easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Waynesville, Maggie Valley, and Sylva. Motorcycle friendly-paved roads and covered parking. There are several speed bumps leading to the property
2 bedrooms each with a king bed, loft with sleeper sofa.
No guest access to garage or basement.

Trash removal- Please take the trash to the local drop-off. Directions are included in your welcome instructions. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We do not have a local trash pickup in our area. If checking out on Sunday, you may leave ONE bag of trash in the kitchen. if more than once bag is left there will be a charge of $5 per bag. Please do not leave trash outside as it will attach bears.
We STRONGLY recommend our guests come prepared for inclement weather. Often mountain roads can become impassable from heavy snowfall. We encourage our guests to be prepared with extra supplies such as food/beverages etc. We do recommend 4WD or AWD for this property.
Do not attempt to maneuver around mountain roads if you are not familiar with how to operate a vehicle in the snow or a vehicle with tire chains in the snow. Please observe local weather advisement guidelines.
Located in Waynesville, this vacation home is next to a golf course and in the mountains. Shelton House and Colonial Theater are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Cataloochee Ski Area and Balsam Spa. Maggie Valley Festival Grounds and Barber Orchard Fruitstand are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with water tubing and rafting nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with mountain biking and hiking.
