Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located one bedroom guest house offering a queen size bed, perfect for one or two guests max. Our guest house is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful, comfortable place to stay while working in the area, visiting family, attending local events, or traveling through South Mississippi. We pride ourselves on providing a clean, private, and safe environment; however, NO CHILDREN & NO PETS ALLOWED! Features a full kitchen with oven/stove, as well as a microwave, and small countertop area with two bar stools. Small sofa/seating in living area with a recliner also. One bathroom with walk-in ceramic tile shower with bench seating. Table for 2 outside door for guests use. POOL is not for guests, as well as loungers, grills/fire pit and are Private only for owners! Parties, unauthorized guests, and visitors are prohibited, and will result in fines or immediate eviction! While our property provides a comfortable overnight or short-term stay, it is not designed as a resort, vacation destination, or gathering venue. For the privacy & security of our family & guests, access to the property is permitted only after a reservation has been approved & check-in instructions have been provided. Please do not come to the property before receiving confirmation.
