A few steps up from the pool, step in the slider to the well-appointed game room with pool table, half bath and kitchenette providing the perfect place for preparing and setting up lunch between beach and pool time. A TV lounge accompanies the game room with bar seating and comfortable sofas in front of the large flat screen TV. Two bedrooms (1 queen, 2 single) on this level share a full bath between them.

Choose from four more attractive and well-sized bedrooms on the mid-level including two king master suites each with private bathroom, and another two bedrooms (1 queen, 2 single) that share a full bath between them. The washer and dryer are located on this level as well.

The top level great room impresses with high, vaulted ceilings, large sectional couch, and beach-themed décor. A custom-built wall unit houses a large flat screen TV for evening enjoyment as meals are prepared in the nearby kitchen. Seat the entire group together at the 14-person dining table while another 3 seats at the breakfast bar provide seating flexibility. An adjacent sunroom offers seating with a view of both ocean and lake along with doors to top level decks on both sides of the home.
