New December 2025, all new furniture and beds; all new appliances; all new light fixtures; new washer and dryer; new floors; all new toilets; new kitchen countertop, backsplash, sink, faucet, paint, & hardware; new pots, pans, & dishware; added two king beds; added a queen over queen bunk bed with twin trundle; new artwork & curtains; 3 new TVs; all new area rugs; New basketball hoop; and general maintenance and safety updates.
Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility, located at the Avon office address: 41156 HWY 12, Avon, NC 27915.
The pool is generally open from May 24 to September 8, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pools is subject to the discretion of the state inspector, management, and/or the HOA. As a result, the availability schedule may change without prior notice.

Located in Waves, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
