For a quiet afternoon, escape to the media room with 40" LCD TV with BluRay and surround sound to watch your favorite stars make bold moves or plug in your gaming system or laptop. Take a break in the sitting area with half bath, queen sleeper sofa, desk and internet, ideal for doing a little indoor surfing online. The second level of the home features the laundry room and three well-appointed bedrooms, including a king master, a queen master, and a master bedroom with 2 singles, each with their own private bath. All bedrooms in the home have flat screen TVs and either BluRay player or DVD player. The top level has one more king master bedroom with spa bathtub. The open great room has flat screen TV and BluRay player, and dining area with sliders to the sun decks. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct.
