The space
The soaring 30ft ceilings of extra-large living room blend the inside luxury and the lush outside seamlessly. The wall of windows slides open onto a giant deck and the glimmering 45 ft. "broken-L" shaped pool with a diving board.

The deck is fully set up to entertain with two giant tables, grill, plenty of chairs, loungers, an inviting L-shaped outdoor sofa and so much more - all the furniture and equipment is brand new. You will be the first person to use it or to walk on just finished deck enjoying sunshine.
House has 2 separate wings - each wing has a primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and two more bedrooms each sharing a bathroom.
A perfect set up for two family, in-laws with kids, or just guests who want to have privacy away from the family.
All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs.
Kitchen is fully outfitted with top line appliances, kitchenware and spices, coffee, tea and anything else you might need for a short or a long term stay.
Dining room inside has a Dakota Jackson cherry inlay table with a lazy-Susan & 10 suede chairs. But who wants to stay inside when outdoors are so inviting with 2 brand new tables seating 18+ easily.
The 1st floor master bedroom walks out into the deck and the pool. Primary bath has it all - his and hers sinks, oversized soaking bathtub, shower and a separate toilet room.
The 2nd floor primary bedroom is beautifully set up the maximum distance from the one on the 1st floor to afford maximum privacy.
Fully set up home office offers comfort with all the technology you might desire and a high-speed wireless internet to support all of your needs.
Located in Water Mill, this vacation home is by the sea. While the natural beauty of The Hamptons Beaches and Cooper's Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Shinnecock Hills Golf Course.
Sag Harbor Whaling and Historical Museum and Southampton Arts Center are also worth visiting.
