Your Southern Utah adventure begins in this stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome nestled within the Coral Ridge Resort. Recently updated with new flooring throughout, this home exudes a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy access to a wealth of community amenities, including two heated pools, two relaxing hot tubs, and a fully equipped fitness center—available for your enjoyment year-round from 7 AM to 10 PM. We also provide complimentary pool towels for your convenience. This exceptional townhome features two primary suites, each boasting ensuite bathrooms complete with spacious walk-in showers, indulgent soaking tubs and private balconies.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including wine glasses, a crock pot, an electric griddle, a coffee maker with filters, a tea kettle, children’s plates, and essential spices. The spacious dining table accommodates 8 guests comfortably, while the island provides additional seating for 4—there’s ample room for everyone to gather!

With games, puzzles, a tv in each room, three separate patios, a gas BBQ, outdoor loungers, tables and chairs, you'll have plenty of options for fun and relaxation, no matter what you’re in the mood for!
