Cozy Love Home in a quiet DC area. Comfortable sized yard with beautiful landscaping and well lit yard. The furnished porch is great for morning coffee and lots of shade. Elegant living room with electric fireplace. This home has plenty of natural light. Well lit kitchen with bar stools and counter top ;great light in this area for working on laptop. Dining table with bench sits 6 people comfortably.55inch smart TV is mounted on the wall that covers the dining and kitchen area. Large bedroom with wall mounted Smart TV, two large closets with plenty of space. 2nd bedroom cozy with daybed that sleeps 2. Book shelves on the wall, TV mounted on wall and great closet space. Beautiful Standard bathroom with tub/shower. The basement is unfinished but very clean . The basement is ideal for storage space and washing The basement is equipped with a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board; The following items are available to share with guests during the stay. All items must be kept well and returned to the basement once finished using: tint (easy set up) picnic table, 7 lawn chairs, cooler, charcoal for the grill. Large well kept backyard!
