This brand new construction residence is steps from the slopes! Not only are you right next to the lift at Sugarbush, you will have access to snowshoe/hiking trails just out your front door. The first floor of this two-story condo features an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining, and living space. The spacious, beautiful white kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. The dining room table seats 8 with 3 bar stools for extra seating. The living room offers a flat screen as well as a comfy couch and chair with a gas fireplace to warm you up after a day on the slopes. On the first floor you will also find a large and functional mudroom with plenty of hooks and benches as well as a laundry room with new washer/dryer and shelves to store helmets, goggles etc. There is also a half bath on the first floor.
The second floor features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a gorgeous four poster bed with tons of windows and light, allowing you to enjoy more sweeping views from of the mountain from your bed. The master bathroom features dual sinks and a large shower for the perfect retreat. The second bedroom offers a comfy queen sized bed with a large window and again views! The third bedroom offers two triple bunk beds to sleep 6, perfect for families. There is an additional full bathroom upstairs with bathtub.
