This newly built home sits on 30 acres of breathtaking Vermont wilderness and showcases stellar interior and exterior amenities! Enter the grounds via the gated drive and take the scenic ride up the quarter-mile-long driveway. Outside, the screened-in yoga hut provides a serene space to tune into yourself, the zen rock garden and 30 acres of land offer peaceful places to walk, the saltwater hot tub is the perfect place to watch the stars fill the sky, and the outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off in the fresh mountain air. A cool perk; about 40 miles of the ridge line of the Green Mountains (including Sugarbush and Mad River Glen) are visible from the house.

Inside, the modern and bright interior is framed by glorious mountain views and ample natural lighting thanks to the home's numerous oversized windows. Adorned in a mid-century modern design, the spacious living room provides ample seating and a wood-burning stove. The gourmet kitchen comes well-prepared with high-end appliances such as a Capitol Stove and gleaming countertops. Gather as a family at the formal dining table inside, or dine alfresco on the expansive deck. Full and content, head for the additional seating room where a large TV is ready to stream your favorite TV shows and movies. When you want to listen to some sweet tunes, utilize the Audiophile sound system - available throughout the house.

The bedrooms are places of pure peace with their carefully curated artwork, high-quality linens, peaceful color schemes, and continued views. As evening nears, head for the soaking tub or for one of the walk-in showers, tune the central air-conditioning to your liking, and throw the day's wear in the private washer/dryer.

Things to Know
There is free parking for 4 cars. Guests can bring their own EV Chargers and charge their cars in the garage. Parking is not permitted in the garage.
Snow tires or tires with traction for snow/ice are required in the winter.
Due to local wildlife, keep your dog inside at night and don't let them roam during the day without supervision.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located in East Warren, a neighborhood in Warren, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Green Mountain Cultural Center and Bundy Modern are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Sugarbush Ski Resort and Blueberry Lake Cross Country and Snowshoeing Center. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
