Escape to this inviting, newly remodeled, charming chalet conveniently located between Mount Snow and Stratton. It offers the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure.

House is equipped with Generator.
First floor offers open concept dining room and kitchen fully equipped with appliances, dishes, glassware and cookware you’ll need for your stay. There are two queen size bedrooms, full bathroom and a game room with a pull-out queen-size couch on the first floor as well. Through the game room you will have access to a large deck with gas grill, outdoor furniture and a seven-person hot tub.

   Second floor welcomes you with a vaulted ceiling family room offering a comfy couch,  TV and a gas fireplace for coziness. Second floor also offers three bedrooms (one king, one queen and one with two bunk beds twin size), one full bath and a laundry closet with washer and dryer.We also can accommodate Pack&Play for infants upon prior request.

  The house does not have cable, but offers WiFi, Disney+, Netflix for enjoyment on a large, 75” smart TV. Sony Play Station4 can be available upon prior request. Please note: house is located in the rural area and our wifi is not the greatest if many devices are connected at the same time.
   Game room offers football table (also includes small ping pong, pool and hokey). Books, board games and cards are also provided to help you disconnect you from daily hustle and reconnect with family and friends.

  There is no end to the year-round activities awaiting in the area – from snowmobile and cross-country ski trails toMount Snow ski resort, Stratton ski resort with snow tubing and fat tire biking, guided snowmobiles excursions, golfing, fishing, hiking and much more.

Towels, linens, pillows and bedding are provided.
Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply is provided. Bringing additional coffee/tea, milk is recommended.
This property is professional cleaned per CDC recommendations to protect agains the spread of Covid-19. We continue to monitor all state , county and community requirements.

Additional House rules:
-No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not leave cigarette butts anywhere on the property. The fine of $300 will apply.

-Outdoor fire pit must be monitored at all times and completely extinguished when done to prevent forest fire.

-Children are always welcome, but please note we have staircase with no gates, sharp edges, kitchen cabinets that are not child proof and games that have small pieces. Use the playground on your own risk.

-Do not leave garbage bags or food outside. It might be hazardous to the wildlife and might attract animals closer to the property.

-No parties or events. Any evidence of the party will cost you at least $500

-If you loose a pool card key you will be fined $200 for replacement.

Located in Wardsboro, this chalet is in a rural area. Mount Snow and Stratton Mountain Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Green Mountain National Forest.
