Beautifully remodeled single family home in the heart of the desirable Northgate neighborhood. This 2800 square foot house has the perfect backyard for a small group to swim, BBQ, play sports, shower outdoors and much more. There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and the home was recently remodeled with specialized bath and kitchen details.

The backyard includes a huge, well lit swimming pool along with a basketball court and pristine grass yard perfect for all kinds of activities. There is a new BBQ, outdoor TV on the patio and stereo bluetooth speakers for the TV or your music preference. The patio also includes an outdoor sofa with matching seats, a table with chairs, a huge shade near the pool and chic padded outdoor rugs. The beautiful garden is maintained by a professional landscaper. And there is a huge dual head outdoor shower decorated in marine blue perfect for a quick rinse after swimming or a full shower.

The gourmet kitchen comes with a full suite of amenities and is highlighted by a dual stainless steel over & burner, large air fryer, an array of pots & pans along with all the basic cooking necessities you may need. There is a Nespresso coffee maker, silverware, a microwave, cutting knives, glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, plates, bowls and every utensil a cook would need. The communal dining table has lots of space to seat 8 or more.

There is a large family room with a sectional couch and 52” Samsung TV with Comcast, Netflix and Amazon. Additionally, there is a bonus / toy room with another 45” LG TV that has another monitor and a PS5 for your enjoyment. There are family games galore to enjoy. The house comes fully stocked with almost everything you would need for a stay - cleaning supplies, coffee, cooking basics, books etc.

The house has central AC and heat. The master bathroom has a huge dual shower encased in glass while the 2nd bathroom has a jet jacuzzi for the bathtub and shower. There are 2 desks for work if needed.

Walnut Creek is home to this vacation home. Broadway Plaza and Sunvalley Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Mount Diablo State Park and Diablo Foothills Regional Park. Lindsay Wildlife Museum and Markham Regional Arboretum are also worth visiting.
