Welcome to your own little retreat with over 300 feet of frontage on the Menominee River (which is famous for fishing of bass, walleye, northern, sturgeon, and more), kayaking and tubing. Spend your time enjoying your morning coffee on the deck or private dock (Memorial Day-early Fall) all while watching the eagles soar overhead or maybe you'll even get to view the Northern Lights. There is a firepit (with wood included) where you can make s'mores and watch the sunset. There are kayaks and a canoe for you to use and spend the day fishing or just enjoying the scenery.

You're only 10 miles from Menominee, MI where there is shopping, restaurants, parks and marinas on the Bay of Green Bay and many other local restaurants tucked away less than 15 miles drive.
