Located 1.5 blocks from beach; this spacious 6 bedrooms, 3 baths (Sleeps 12) rental has an open floor plan with a family room, fireplace, dining area, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, serving ware and much more).
Covered back and front porches and fully landscaped yard, patio, outdoor kitchen with bar top seating, outdoor shower, and plenty of seating. Great for large family gatherings or entertainment. Rental is complete with amenities (bed linens, towels, and more).
There is an additional refrigerator and ice machine in the basement for your use, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer. The property is fully landscaped with a sprinkler system and low voltage night lighting. Pet friendly (Pet towels and blankets)
