Spacious home with 5 bedrooms and 2 baths. Two wrap around porches provide amazing ocean and lake views while you sip your morning coffee, enjoy an evening cocktail, or dine al fresco and watch the beautiful sunsets. Filled with all the must haves, fully equipped kitchen and baths, wifi, Roku TV,ceiling fans and window a/c's throughout, towels, linen, 4 beach badges (kids under 14 go free), beach chairs, umbrella, grill, and more.
Upon entering, you will be greeted by a perfect blend of beach house and Victorian charm. The 1st floor has 9 foot ceilings, a warm and cozy living room, a banquet size dining room, modern kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, range, microwave, coffee station, and pantry, full bath with shower, utility room with washer and dryer, and one bedroom with both a full size and twin size bed. The 2nd floor's master bedroom is king size with a queen size bed and a private door to the 2nd floor porch facing the ocean. The front bedroom is also king size with a queen size bed and has ocean and lake views. there are also two more good size bedrooms with full beds and a large, sparkling tile bath with soaking tub, and walk in shower.
The outdoor space offers two wrap around porches with plenty of seating and patio table and chairs, a back deck with barbeque, large yard and long driveway with parking for up to 5 cars.
Once settled, you won't need to move your car - everything is steps away, the beach, the boardwalk, the lake with running and walking paths, fishing, and playground. Even Main Street is less than a 10 minute walk with its vibrant downtown of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants.
Located in Belmar, this vacation home is on a lake. Shoppers can check out Jenkinson's Boardwalk, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Belmar Beach and Boardwalk and Point Pleasant Beach. Spring Lake South End Pavilion and Asbury Splash Park are also worth visiting.
