Looking for a fresh clean place for your summer vacation? Our home may just be the one you are looking for. Our large living space offers the best way to entertain. There are five bedrooms, all with king and queen beds, 3.5 baths, an outdoor shower, and a huge back patio with a bar to relax after a day at the beach.

We fell in love with Belmar several years ago and look to share our experience with our guests for the summer months. Our goal is to offer a vacation home where our guests feel like they are home. We worked to ensure everything you need is available, from books, games, TVs, things needed to make dinner, grill or entertain with family and friends. If we felt we needed it to do the same we made sure it's available for our guests. Having rented for many years ourselves, we learned what we may have missed or felt we needed to make our time on vacation easy.

We are a short walk to the beach and just as equally a short walk to town. Giving you the opportunity to never get in your car. There are a number of great places to go with family and friends.

We rent this property from Saturday to Saturday, June 27 - August 29. Have an extended family joining you on vacation? Need more rooms? We have an adjacent property (weekly rental, Saturday - Saturday, June 27 - through Labor Day. VRBO Listing 571430). Our other property is also available off-season for shorter stays.

Located in Belmar, this vacation home is in the city center and on a river. Shoppers can check out Jenkinson's Boardwalk, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Belmar Beach and Boardwalk and Ocean Grove Beach. Consider Bar Anticipation for a night out or Spring Lake South End Pavilion if you're traveling with kids. Scuba diving, snorkeling, and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
