The rental is a spacious 4 bedrooms, (sleeps 7), 2 baths, floor plan including a family room, fireplace, dining area, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans ..). Private driveway. Pet Friendly. The unit has a private outdoor shower and deck private with gas grill and outdoor refrigerator.

There are full-sized washer and dryer for your use. Property is fully landscaped with sprinkler system and low voltage night lighting

Unit has 500 HD channel and a 1G WIFI service.

Unit comes with linens, towels, 4 beach badges, beach chairs, umbrellas and cart and an ice machine.

Only item shared with other unit is the entrance to the basement. We painstakingly designed the units to be separated.
