All new appliances, furniture, in unit washer and dryer and central A/C. Located conveniently on 11th Ave, with 1 dedicated parking spot, in family friendly Belmar. This unit welcomes you, your family, friends or reunion to ocean living.

No need for planning a full day at the beach, come and go as you please with the 6 beach badges, 6 backpack beach chairs, 6 beach towels and 2 umbrellas provided. Don't worry about salt or sand, rinse off in the outside shower, then come in and put your feet up to watch the surf or surf the web. Please be aware that we rent to families or groups age 25 or older only.
