Our comfortable cottage by the sea is located two blocks to beautiful Belmar Beach and 4 blocks to Main Street. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, with washer/dryer, living room, dining room and brand-new open kitchen. All freshly painted with new furniture. New bathroom with double sinks . NEW! for Summer 2024, brand new open kitchen with seating.
There is a new outside deck with chairs to relax after a day at the beach. On the back deck is an outdoor hot/cold shower.
On the first floor, Bedroom 1 has a comfortable queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a full/twin combo bunk plus twin trundle. Bedroom 3 upstairs has 2 full beds.
Fully-equipped kitchen (just renovated for Summer 2024), brand new refrigerator with craft ice, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Flat screen 55” Smart TV, Internet/wifi. NEW! Central Air/Heat.
Off street parking for up to 3 cars plus EV charging plug.
During Summer we rent whole weeks from Saturday to Saturday. This is a quiet neighborhood and looking to host families who want to enjoy a great time at the beach and take advantage of great restaurants in Belmar and surrounding areas.
Hardwood floors, new furniture throughout, freshly painted. Kid friendly. Please no pets or smoking, including on the outside deck.
Outdoor grill provided.
4 beach badges and beach towels throughout your stay.
Be advised that you are renting the front house. There is a separate small building behind the cottage.
Neighborhood is predominately owner-occupied homes, and we would like to rent to adults and families, so it is helpful if you include a description of your group when you inquire. We would like to respect the families in the surrounding homes.
Located in Belmar, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Shoppers can check out Jenkinson's Boardwalk, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Belmar Beach and Boardwalk and Point Pleasant Beach. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Wall Township Speedway or The Stone Pony. Jet skiing, parasailing, and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
