Short walk to restaurants! Included are 2 season beach badges, 2 beach chairs and umbrella to use. There is a $70 fee for each lost beach badge that will be deducted from security. Living room has a day bed with trundle. Please bring all sheets (1 Queen and 2 twin) and bath and beach towels. No laundry on premises however laundry mat is just a few blocks away! One assigned parking spot is located on premises.
