Serenity House is an architecturally unique Oceanfront Residence at the base of the beautiful Makaha Valley Mountains in a quiet neighborhood on the island of Oahu Hawaii. The home is designed with many large windows that showcase the breathtaking sunsets and infinite Pacific ocean views across the Heated blue mosaic tile pool at the rear of the Residence, as well as the mountain peaks above the Makaha Valley to the front of the Residence. Wall to wall sliding glass doors along the rear of the residence overlook the large oceanside swimming pool. The residence offers privacy in and around the pool and backyard, lounging and dining areas as well as front yard and garden areas. Security is provided with passcode protected locks, a solid security wall around the property, and an alarm system.

The main floor of the residence is family oriented with an open floor plan and Pacific Ocean views from every window. As you step into the entry, views of the multi ribbon colored Pacific ocean and outdoor living areas are very welcoming through the large windows and sliding glass doors along the back of the residence. The open floor plan provides comfort and variety consisting of a fully functional kitchen, dining areas, and two large living room seating areas one with full sectional seating for your parties media enjoyment, and the other for conversation, outdoor viewing, reading, or just relaxing and watching the whales during whale season. The well appointed kitchen includes two refrigerator/freezers, luxury appliances, wine cooler, a bar, and an oversized island with seating for 8 and the large dining table seats 10. The outdoor dining area located just outside of the indoor dining areas has a table with seating for 6 as well as a Weber grill for your outdoor grilling needs.

There are four bedrooms in Serenity house - one is on the main level in the front of the residence and the remaining three bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious primary suite with private balcony overlooking the blue mosaic pool and Pacific ocean includes a king bed, sitting area, en suite bathroom with double vanities and oversized walk in shower with mountain and ocean views. The second bedroom suite, also upstairs, includes a king bed, large sitting area, and office workspace with endless ocean views. The third bedroom is a double bunk room with 2 balconies overlooking Mountain View’s to the front and ocean views to the rear and 1 full size bed and 3 twin beds. Downstairs the fourth en suite bedroom includes 2 queen beds with full glass sliding doors that open to gorgeous mountain and garden views. All bedrooms have plenty of room for your favorite outfits to hang to wear to your favorite luau or other attractions. Upstairs there is a full service, laundry room, consisting of washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. Serenity House has a total of four bathrooms, two downstairs and two upstairs which means you’ll never need wait for availability.

The outdoor living spaces are entered from the main level and includes 2 covered seating areas: area for your outdoor entertaining and dining with a Weber grill and another for private lounging. This area leads out to the pool deck and grassy lawn with plenty of seating options to sit back, relax, and enjoy the views of the multi ribbon Pacific Ocean and blue mosaic tile pool. Out by the ocean the covered gazebo is a beautiful, peaceful place to enjoy the serene sound of the waves crashing all day from your first cup of morning coffee, watching turtles, dolphins and whales, until you watch the evening sunsets fade off over the expansive Pacific.

All water, beach, and activity items are located in two separate outdoor closets for guest use. There are two new adult bikes, boogie boards, several beach chairs, beach umbrellas, some childrens sand toys, adult and child sized snorkeling masks and snorkels, two pair of adult swimming fins, several life jackets in adult and child sizes. Also provided are toddler and infant pool jackets and floats, one new stand up paddle board (SUP), a new foldable beach wagon, pool volleyball and corn hole game. There is an outdoor surfboard shower area located on the back side of the garage.

Other things to note:
- Due to local laws this property must be rented for a minimum number of days. Please inquire directly if you are interested in less than 30 days as this can be arranged.
- There is sufficient parking area for 4 vehicles.
- There is a large rolling igloo cooler and foldable wagon for your beach and outing activities.
- There are many DVDs as well as many games available for your enjoyment.
- There are baby items available for guest use such as a strap on high chair with tray, 2 new play pens, and a simple stroller. The kitchen is equip with toddler plates and cups.
- All bedrooms have air conditioning , all though it is not usually needed due to the year round trade winds blowing in from the ocean. You will stay cool and comfortable as well from the numerous ceiling and standing fans throughout the residence as you enjoy the sound of the ocean and surrounding bird wildlife.

Located in Waianae, this vacation home is near a water park and by the ocean. LiliʻUokalani Protestant Church and Kukaniloko Birthstones State Monument are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Kaʻena Point State Park and Aki's Beach.
