The first level boasts a large family room perfect for kids, featuring three Twin-over-Twin Bunk beds, a sectional sofa, a large screen TV, and a private bath with a shower. This level also includes a laundry room with two washers and two dryers, a private office workspace at the end of the hall, and a finished, climate-controlled garage equipped with a ping pong table, air hockey, and an arcade with 48 games for endless entertainment.

The second level offers a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area,as well as a half bath. The well-stocked kitchen features a countertop bar with seating and ample cooking prep space, a stainless steel range, dishwasher, two full-size refrigerators, and a microwave. The spacious living room, comfortable seating and 84" TV, leads to a large well furnished screened porch. It's the ideal setting to unwind while watching the spectacular Sandbridge Sunsets.

On the east hall, you'll find a Queen bedroom with a Jack-and-Jill bath featuring beautiful marble tile with double vanity dressing area and separate bathroom with tub. This bath connects to another Queen bedroom. The primary bedroom at the end of the hall includes a King-sized bed, Twin-over-Twin Bunk bed, and a private full bath with a shower. The west hall features a king bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a separate hall bathroom with a bathtub.
