Vaulted, original wood washed ceilings add to the beachy chic feel of this home. Single level living just adds to this homes appeal! Three of the Four bedrooms are all on the Main Level. The Primary King Bedroom is stunning- watch the dolphins frolick about while enjoying breakfast in bed. Floor to ceiling windows adorn nearly every room in this home. The Master Bathroom has recently been remodeled featuring an expanisve walk in shower and luxurious marble throughout. The Queen bedroom also located on the Main Level features the same stunning views as the Primary. The third bedroom on this level features a Full Size Murphy Bed. On the ground level, there is a spacious private suite inclusive of a Queen and Twin Bed as well as a full bath. The exterior of this home offeres expansive decks overlooking the beach, a hot tub, outside shower, and private shaded areas throughout this unique beach front lot. The Kottage is one of the most popular vacation rentals in Sandbridge it is exclusively offered for rental a few months out of the year so don't miss out on your opportunity to enjoy this one- of- a kind beach home.
