Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6):

* Bedroom 2: Queen-sized memory foam mattress
* Living Room: Queen-size pull-out sofa bed

* Central air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.
* Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
* Kitchen essentials: Pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
* Dining table for shared meals.
* Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows.
* High-speed WiFi for work or entertainment.
* Fresh linens and a set of bath towels provided for each guest.
1. Keep it smoke-free and pet-free ($500 fee for pets).
2. Wash and put away used dishes.
3. Return furniture to its place and turn off lights/appliances.
4. Lock doors and windows, take out the trash before you leave.
5. Let us know if anything needs extra cleaning.
6. Lost key or parking pass? $500 replacement fee.
7. Max three guests per bedroom.
8. Guests may incur additional cleaning costs due to the length of stay and cleanliness level. Guests staying for 30 or more nights will pay an additional $100.
