The house is a bright, newly expanded 4-bedroom home perfect for families or groups of friends. With a high-ceilinged kitchen and den, house-length screened-in porch, two newly renovated upstairs bedrooms, and two cozy downstairs bedrooms, there’s plenty of space to gather or spread out and relax. Multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas, tons of natural light, and a large backyard make this an ideal place to unwind and enjoy summer on the Vineyard.

Please note: The owners live in an adjacent but detached guesthouse during the summer.
Located in Vineyard Haven, this vacation home is by the sea. Oak Bluffs Harbor and Woods Hole Ferry Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Inkwell Beach and Cape Cod Beaches. Island Cove Adventures and Flying Horses Carousel are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
