There is also a private deck located at the front of the home (off of the master queen bedroom)--with a NEW dining table and bench seating, with ocean and wooded view . **ALL ROOMS, including bedrooms have OCEAN VIEWS , AIR CONDITIONING & ceiling fans! The top floor has: a master queen bedroom with A/C, private 1/2 bath, private deck with dining table, ceiling fan, cathedral ceiling and ocean view. Top floor also has an open floor plan--living room, dining & kitchen (new granite counters), A/C, all hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings and walls of windows (gorgeous panoramic ocean views!) with sliding doors to the large wrap-around deck. The deck has stairs down to the large grassy back yard with four adirondack chairs, a bench, hammock and gas grill.To the side is the staircase to your private beach. There is plenty of privacy and parking. The 1st floor- all NEW tile flooring- has 3 bedrooms- all with ceiling fans & AIR CONDITIONING, also a full bath & laundry room. There are sliding doors to the backyard and beach. All new furniture, all new beds and plush mattresses! Outdoor private fully enclosed hot water shower with tea lights for evening showers.In the shed for your use there are : 6 bikes ( 2 children, 2 teen , 2 adult), beach toys, cooler, & 10 beach chairs !!! 2 TVs: Living room has a NEW 50" SMART FLAT SCREEN TV, lower level queen bedroom has a flat screen TV. FIVE AIR CONDITIONING MINI-SPLITS THROUGHOUT HOME.
