Included but not limited to: Lobster pot, garlic press, salad spinner, a stemware (Flutes & Wine), new cookware and more! Advanced water filtration system in place as well. Dining room and a separate den/seating area and ½ bath complete the upper level.
Make your expansive deck the place to be this summer with all new, Cape Coral 14-piece, outdoor entertainment seating which includes extra wide cushioning for an exceptional lounging experience and comfort. Cape Coral outdoor furnishings include 2 single cushioned chairs, 1 cushioned loveseat, glass-top coffee table, 2 chaise lounges (adjustable), and a 6-person, 6 foot glass top table and chairs. The landscaping includes a wonderful surround of intricately laid stone walls and granite steps.
The lower level features 2-3 bedrooms with expansive water views with King-Sized bed in each (Or 2 twins, your choice in bedroom #2 & #3), closets and dressers. Smaller, third bedroom has two twins, and a dresser. Full bath with shower and separate laundry area. Linens include lovely 900 GSM luxurious towels.
Nestled within acres of Land Bank and Sheriff's Meadow conservation land which is a rarity on Martha's Vineyard, this property is nestled in a natural setting yet it is most conveniently located; just over 1 mile to downtown Vineyard Haven shops, restaurants and Island ferry!
From this home you will enjoy the most spectacular and tranquil Lagoon setting with easy access to Vineyard Sound by boat. Mooring may be available for an additional fee. * Inflatable swim lounges, tube, and inflatable kayak(s) available by request. Parking for 3 cars.
