Cozy, charming cabin in a small, quiet mountain neighborhood. 7.5 miles to Boone and Appalachian State University. Only 10 minutes to beautiful Valle Crucis Community Park with access to the Watauga River for swimming and fishing. Rushing creek runs behind the cabin. Western mountain views. New kitchen with farm sink. New appliances. New walk in shower. New soaking tub in one of the bathrooms. Cozy reading area in the small sunroom/office. Cabin is right under 1,000 square feet. Perfect for Appalachian State parents or couples. We are pet friendly but you must check the "pet" box and there is a 75.00 pet fee.
