THE CONDO:
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo by the Great Gorge Golf Course offers stunning views of the golf course, foliage, sunsets, and wildlife. Enjoy local wines or craft beers while relaxing on the deck. Features a luxurious master bathroom with a shower and spa tub!
Arrival: 3 pm - 10 pm | Departure: by 11 am
FEATURES:
BR1: Loft with Queen bed, TV, chairs, and spa bathroom with multiple showerheads. 65-inch TV!
BR2: Two twin beds, TV, electric fireplace.
Living Room: 20 ft ceilings, 65-inch Smart TV, sofa bed, coffee table. Dining: table for 4, deck access. Updated kitchen with island.
TVs: Smart with Roku for personal streaming apps.

Located in Great Gorge Village, with chairlift access to Mountain Creek Ski Resort.
THE LOCATION:
Vernon Township is about 1 hour from NYC, steeped in history and outdoor activities. Enjoy apple orchards, lakes, and the Appalachian Trail.

IDEAL GUESTS:
Families and responsible adults 21+. We require guest age listings and may ask for IDs.
GUESTS WHO MAY NOT FIND THIS RENTAL SUITABLE:
No parties or unregistered guests. Parents booking for underage kids should seek other rentals.
MISC:
No candles/lit items. No moving furniture or bringing extra mattresses. Gatherings limited to the deck within unit capacity. Must manage 20 steps to access the condo and use a manual lockbox. Only the booker gets a gate pass. Notify us for 2-car stays (max allowed). No pool or hot tub access. Snow removal provided, but shoveling steps may be needed.
Ice maker and water dispenser on fridge do not work - on purpose.
Located in Vernon, this condo is in a rural area and next to a golf course. Mountain Creek Waterpark is a popular area attraction and if an activity is on the agenda, Mountain Creek Ski Resort and Crystal Springs Golf Resort are worth checking out. Alpine Mountain Coaster and Franklin Mineral Museum are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with snowboarding and skiing, and don't miss out on the sledding.
