Mondos Beach in Ventura, is a popular spot for beginner surfers and longboarders due to its gentle, consistent waves. It’s the perfect blend of HIGH-END style and LAID-BACK beach living.

Inside, the home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Three of the four bedrooms feature luxurious king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom is ideal for families, offering a queen bed and two small children’s beds. All bedrooms are located upstairs and include closet or storage space and essential amenities. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite spa-style bathrooms with upscale finishes and modern lighting. The fourth full bathroom is conveniently located on the main level.

Bedroom 1 (Primary bedroom) has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom has ocean views, remote-controlled curtains, an ensuite with tub and shower, and a built-in ironing board.

Bedroom 2 also has a king bed and ocean views, a Roku-enabled TV, and a gas fireplace. This bedroom also boasts ocean views, and a gas fireplace.

Bedroom 3 has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and two very small children’s beds.

The main living space brings the outdoors in with large glass windows and sliding doors that open directly onto the patio with the sand/ocean below. (At low tide, there is sand, and at high tide, you are litterally ocean front.) Relax in the cozy living room with a gas fireplace, Roku-enabled smart TV, and custom lighting—perfect for unwinding after a beach day. The dining area flows effortlessly into the chef’s kitchen, fully stocked with top-of-the-line appliances: a Wolf induction cooktop and oven, Thermador hood, KitchenAid refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, convection microwave, and built-in spice racks. The farmhouse sink and island with convenient outlets make cooking a breeze.

Step outside to the expansive ocean-facing deck, where you’ll enjoy a front-row seat to Ventura’s unforgettable sunsets. Furnished with patio cushions (stored nearby) and finished with non-skid surfacing, the patio is perfect for al fresco dining, yoga at sunrise, or sipping wine as the tide rolls in. At low tide, step right onto the sandy beach from the stairs; during high tide, waves come right up to the bulkhead, giving the illusion that you’re floating above the ocean. An outdoor shower makes post-surf cleanups easy.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Roku TVs in the living room and one bedroom, a washer and dryer upstairs (reminder: no sandy items), and A/C upstairs only, controlled via Nest thermostat—rare for beach homes. Five exterior Ring cameras, which are recording the exterior of the home at all times to ensure occupancy is honored, a smart lock with a code for ease of entry. Please note: the garage is not available for guest use.
