Miles of sandy beaches form the Mussel Shoals neighborhood, an exclusive enclave that features direct beach access, unobstructed ocean views, and the most amazing sunsets you’ve ever seen. A surfers paradise, you’re next to the world-renowned Rincon Point and “Little Rincon” which hosts annual surf competitions. You’ll also be located directly between Santa Barbara and Ventura with a short drive bringing you the best of both beach towns. Ojai is also a short drive away!
This 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom oceanfront home has been completely renovated into an architecturally stunning modern art piece. Walls of glass create calming ocean-oriented interiors with open-concept living. The Primary Suite is on the second floor featuring a large corner window to take advantage of the coastline and Anacapa Island views. Outside on the beach terrace, enjoy the sounds of the surf while dipping in the infinity pool or spa and watching the surfers and dolphins catch waves. A brand new bike path along the coast takes you all the way to Rincon Point. After beach-combing, surfing, bike riding, or just taking in the views, enjoy a stroll down the street to the Shoals Restaurant for a bite.
