Walk to the beach from this fully renovated and fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house that easily sleeps 6. House has a plunge pool and hot tub!
The house is tastefully decorated in a modern, minimalist coastal style. When you walk in the house, you will be greeted with an L shaped sectional, loveseat, and a Frame Smart TV. There is a queen size Murphy bed behind the living area that easily folds up when not in use. Remote work is a breeze with our dedicated workspace and high speed internet.
The home has a high-end fully equipped chef’s kitchen. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom and two twin extra long beds in the second bedroom. The beds in the second bedroom can be converted into a split king upon request. The bedrooms come with ample closet space and dressers.
Both renovated bathrooms have showers and one has a tub.
This exclusive house has all the amenities. You will find plush towels, high-end linens, full size washer and dryer, rolling cart, beach chairs, and beach toys.
After a long day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax in the hot tub or go for a dip in the pool. Have dinner at the outdoor dining table and then sit fireside in the evenings.
There is free street parking or you can park in the dedicated one car garage. (please watch signs for street sweeping once a month)
This house is walking distance to local restaurants, shops, grocery store, and Starbucks.
Nestled between LA, Santa Barbara, and Ojai, Ventura has a lot to offer. Grab a fishing charter boat, visit the channel island sea caves, or rent kayaks and paddle boards on a beautiful afternoon. Just a short bike ride down to C-street for world class surfing or watch a show at the Ventura Fairgrounds and take in the sunset afterwards on the pier.
Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Pierpont Bay, a neighborhood in Ventura. Ventura Botanical Gardens and Ventura County Fairgrounds are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Pacific View Mall and Fisherman's Wharf. Channel Islands National Park and Golf N' Stuff are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and hiking/biking trails nearby.
