We are pleased to welcome you to our completely refurbished, modern villa with private heated pool, outdoor kitchen, large barbecue; 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sunny south-west location.
Wonderful, quiet beaches, can be reached in a few minutes!

Our Villa Nectar is located in a quiet residential area in South-Venice, shopping and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. Of course we offer WIFI with high speed internet access.

As soon as you enter our villa you can feel like at home: The open, spacious living/dining area with kitchen and separate breakfast area, and the new, top modern furnishings will inspire you. In our outdoor summer kitchen you can mix your cocktails.

There are 3 bedrooms available in the house. A comfortable king-size bed awaits you in the master suite, which has a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub.
The other bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the living area. One bedroom with a queen size bed, the other with 2 single beds. All beds are equipped with new very high quality mattresses. The second bathroom is located directly between the two bedrooms.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation stay.
In the spacious outdoor area with beautiful pool, deck chairs and large dining table for 6 people you can enjoy a relaxing day outdoors. Summer kitchen and large barbecue complete the amenities.

If you come with children, we have a baby fence available for you to secure the pool area.

Located near the beach, this villa is in South Venice, a neighborhood in Venice. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Venice Beach and Manasota Beach. Ready for a night out? Consider British Open Pub and Venice Community Center. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and hiking nearby.
