Master bedroom includes: a beautiful view of the lake, a 75” Smart Tv, new king size bed with a new mattress, comforter and all linens, electric remote control operated blinds, a master bathroom, a large size walk in closet.
Master bathroom includes: a large shower, his and hers vanity and everything else needed for your stay.
Bedroom 2 includes a new king size bed with a new mattress, comforter and all linens and a walk in closet.
Bedroom 3 includes a new queen size bed with a new mattress, comforter and all linens, good size closet.
Bathroom 2 includes a bathtub with anti-slip pad. Both bathrooms include a handheld sprayer- shower head combo.
Other amenities: laundry room with new washer and dryer, laundry sink and all cleaning supplies needed. Brand new AC unit. Brand new refrigerator and pool heater.
Two car garage. Foldable table to be used either as a work station or puzzle table, beach chairs and umbrella.
Two exterior cameras (one on side of house and the other facing the driveway). Entry door way has a keyless door lock. No cameras are present inside the house or in the pool area.
***Please add $30 per day for pool heater option if choosing to have the pool heated during your stay (pool heater temperature setting will be set to 88*F).
** Seasonal renters are welcome.
