From the moment you step through the front door you will feel all of your stress lifted. Vacation has begun! Entry into this home reveals an open spacious living area with plenty of room to entertain your guests or keep this oasis all to yourselves. You are immediately drawn toward the Florida room at the back of the house with the expansive windows showcasing the lush landscape of beautiful palms. The kitchen is central in this home and open to living areas making entertaining enjoyable. The living room makes a great cozy spot to read your next good book or converse. The Florida Room and additional dining area both are tranquil and bright at the same time with the sense of nature and tropical feel coming through the expansive wall of glass. The bedrooms are all sizable and the guest rooms walk out onto a private patio. The master bedroom is split from guest rooms for privacy and has its own on-suite bathroom. The lanai is screened and protected from the rain making the outdoor seating area enjoyable rain or shine. The pool area has been completely renovated to create a lounging/sunning area as well as great space to grill your fresh seafood dinner! Swim, play, lounge.....the pool area invites you.
The location of this home is in a coastal community with the opportunity to visit several beaches in Venice, to the north in Sarasota, or to the south in Englewood.
Pool Heat is optional and available for an additional $110/week plus tax. Please inquire before or after reservation is made if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.
The ferry (as mentioned in some reviews) is now available to residents only.
Located by the sea, this vacation home is in South Venice, a neighborhood in Venice. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Venice Beach and Manasota Beach. Venice Performing Arts Center and Snook Haven Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
