Find serenity at this well-maintained 1,400 sq. ft. two bedroom, two bath pool home in Venice, Florida. The house is spacious and uncluttered, with tile or wood laminate floors throughout, a calm color scheme and many hand-crafted objects. It has a split floor plan, with a bedroom and bathroom to either side of the central living areas. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, cooking and dinner ware. All household linens and towels are of good quality. Sliding glass doors at the rear of the house open onto the covered lanai and the pool deck from the dining area, the main bedroom and the office area. Guests are able to enjoy being outdoors on the 11' x 20' lanai come rain or shine.
The backyard is fully fenced and completely private. The pool is solar heated, which in mid-winter months makes the temperature adequate for brief swims. A safety fence is available to separate pool from lanai and house should there be concerns with small children. The front yard has a lawn and shrubbery, making it private from the road. The house is surrounded by palms, fruit trees, bromeliads and tropical shrubs. A weekly pool and yard service is provided.
There is ample driveway parking. The double garage contains washer and dryer, tools and workbench, garden tools and space for renter's bike storage. It does not have space for renter's vehicle.
This is a no smoking, no pet, no area rug household, so ideal for allergy sufferers. A property manager is in the neighborhood to answer questions or address any concerns.
The house is within a 10-15 minute drive to Venice area beaches, downtown shopping and restaurants, Shamrock Nature Park, tennis and pickleball courts, the Legacy Trail and the I 75. Neighborhood streets are quiet and suitable for walking and biking.
