The Living area is spacious, boasting a beautiful Wood-burning fireplace, small formal Dining room, Galley style kitchen, and a bright closed- in porch for those lazy days. The quaint backyard has a cute sitting area, and is completely fenced in making it ideal for a dog. Our home is generously stocked with all the items you'll need to make your stay a pleasant one. Our location puts you within walking distance to the beach (20 min), downtown Venice with lots of shopping and great restaurants (15 min), and Publix grocery store (8 min). Or, rent a golf cart and enjoy all that the Island has to offer! It is a true gem of a property on the beautiful Island of Venice!
