This second floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has screened patios off both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. Don't miss the gorgeous beaches of Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach, and Manasota Key Beach which are located just minutes away. Choose from endless restaurants or shop at the charming boutiques of downtown Venice. Catch your fish of the day on the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture farther south, and explore Don Pedro Island State Park accessible only by boat or ferry, where you can get lost within the mangrove forests, dunes, and beaches. Be sure to look out for the local wildlife, including West Indian manatees, tortoises, bald eagles, and Loggerhead turtles. Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park (the third largest state park in Florida), is a popular spot to bike, walk, and run, as well as Cape Haze Pioneer Trail Park, where an 8-mile trail runs alongside a former railroad corridor.
Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.

Vehicle Policy: Commercial/recreational vehicles, trailers, boats, motorcycles, and campers are prohibited.
