elegant white cottage in historic venice beach, california.
magical garden and home.
2 bedroom 2 full bath
master bath has 2 sinks, toilet and claw foot shower tub combo.
guest bath has one sink, toilet and claw foot shower tub combo.
these are the old cast iron claw foot tubs that are great luxury to take a bath in; they hold the heat!
good water pressure in showers.

cats on the property & in back guest house.
PLEASE DO NOT RENT IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH ANIMALS.
we are animal lovers; and the pets are never in the main house. pets are not allowed in the main house ; they have the guest Houde and the pet outdoor enclosed run. this house is cleaned 2 times a week after every guest. it is exterminated 1 a month. all rugs and curtains are cleaned monthly.
then house was built in 1926; it was renovated in 2000.

1 sofa and one queen 20" air mattress if you have 5 people and one is a child /teen
