Located in downtown Vancouver on Fourth Plain Blvd, on a main
thoroughfare. Up to 3 cars in long driveway(PIcture) Must back out onto the street.
* Car noise especially when front door and windows are open.We are on a main street so some car noise in front bedroom at times.(Downtown)

Bigger than it looks from the outside, the space is almost 2200 sq. ft. There are plenty of spaces to relax whether in your rooms or various nooks around the house.

HOUSE RULES
* NO SMOKING/VAPING inside of the property. Guests will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any smoking in the unit, regardless of any damages.
*PLEASE DO NOT use our TOWELS AND LINENS for hair dyeing, makeup removal, shoe polishing, floor cleaning etc...other than hand drying clean bodies and hair :)
-We provide facial tissue,in each bathroom, paper towels and kitchen towels under the kitchen sink. Additional charges may apply to damaged towels.
-Please be respectful of property and neighbors.

* NO PETS- Though not required we would appreciate it if you would inform us if bringing a service animal so we can properly clean for our next guests who might have allergies. Please keep it OFF beds and couches.

* Use of "Pack N Play" must be requested IN ADVANCE.
* No parties, or events, or extra guests. Guests will be charged the full security deposit
for parties, events, and extra guests regardless of any damages.
* Please respect the neighbors by observing quiet hours: 10pm-8am.
* Please turn OFF heat and AC when leaving the property
* Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property
