We’re conveniently located close to snowmobile and ATV trails (just 3 miles from the public park & ride and access across the road to snowmobile trail ITS 81. ( though you may need to break your own trail) its about a mile from road to trail. Only about 20 minutes to Van Buren Cove, where you’ll find public boat access and a beach. In the winter, enjoy ice skating nearby, or take a short drive to local skiing spots — Lonesome Pines in Fort Kent, Quoggy Jo in Presque Isle, or Big Rock in Mars Hill.
