Welcome to 4418 Columbine Drive! This picture perfect mountain home offers 5400 square feet of living area and many outdoor spaces perfect for taking in abundant views. Multiple family rooms, gourmet kitchen, an elevator, EV charger and heated driveway, plus just a 10 minute drive into Vail!
This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, plenty of outdoor patio space and in floor heat throughout the home. On the main level, you will find the primary suite offering privacy, en-suite and amazing mountain views. On the next floor up there are three bedrooms for guests each with an en-suite bathroom. Two guest rooms outfitted with queen mattresses while the third is set with a double bed and a twin/twin bunkbed. There is also a laundry room located on this floor for added convenience.
As you make your way up to the next floor, you are welcomed into a spacious and comfortable TV room perfect for relaxing after a long day on the mountain. This area also offers board games, a heated patio and it's own half bathroom. On the upper level, there is yet another beautiful family room and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to fuel up for the ski day. There is another half bath located on this level.
The main living area also offers more outdoor space where you can take in the Western sunsets. The layout of this home offers lots of privacy and space for larger family gathering. Additional amenities include a 2-car garage equipped with an Electric Vehicle charger, a spacious two car garage and even elevator to make bringing the groceries in a breeze and a BBQ.
*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.
THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Located in Vail, this vacation home is in the mountains. Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater is a popular area attraction and if an activity is on the agenda, Vail Ski Resort and Beaver Creek Ski Area are worth checking out. Colorado Snowsports Museum and Hall of Fame and Cogswell Gallery are also worth visiting.
