By accepting this rental agreement, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Travel insurance is highly recommended at the time of booking. All vacation rentals are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not subject to discount or refund due to travel interruptions. Amenities not being available, such as, pools, beach access, local attractions, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause fully removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
