About the property/complex:
The main access to the condo is up a medium, 20 step flight of stairs bringing you over the 1 car garage. From the entry there is a small flight of stairs up to the main level which includes the main living area, kitchen, powder room and master suite. A small flight of stairs down from the entry will bring you to the lower level which includes the queen suite, twin room, shared bath and laundry.

Located in Matterhorn Village, a neighborhood in Vail, this condo is in the mountains and on a river. Gerald R.
