Nine Vail Road Condos are surrounded by the Four Seasons Hotel, located just across from the Sonnenalp and Sebastian Hotels in Vail Village. Just across the street from the pedestrian area, short walk to Gondola One. There is an onsite pool; hot tub; free WIFI; free garage parking. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.
This two bedroom two bath suite features 1067 square feet of living space ; One king bed; Two Twin beds; Queen Sofa Sleeper; full kitchen; deck and in unit washer/dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in; all payments are 100% refundable.
Cancellations between 14-30 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund of funds paid.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.
PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make payment by payment due date will result in cancellation of reservation and full forfeiture of all payments.
