Our cozy 1 bedroom/1 bath condo is peaceful and private and is a great place for all your vacation needs! It is located at Vail Racquet Club in East Vail. And, the sights and sounds of Gore Creek are literally right outside your front door.

Our ski closet, right outside out front door, will store all your equipment.

Our condo has been remodeled in a contemporary mountain decor and features a kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom wood cabinetry. It has everything for your cooking needs (QUALITY pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cooking gadgets, etc.), except the food, however, we do stock staple items for your convenience (coffee, sugar, spices, etc.).

The living room area features black walnut hardwood flooring, a 55-inch smart TV with cable, blu ray player and bluetooth wireless speaker.

The bedroom features a king size bed and a 43-inch smart TV with cable.

The condo also has wireless internet access for your convenience.

Please note that access to Vail Racquet Club's Health Club is not included in your stay since you are renting a condo directly from an owner. A fee applies to use these facilities. The fee is US$35 per person per day. The fee may be lower for kids. Fee amounts may change at any time. Keep in mind that guest access is never guaranteed and you can be denied access for any reason. On days you choose to use the health club, you pay the fee directly to the health club. Vail Racquet Club's health club includes a heated 25 meter pool, hot tubs, sauna and steam room, state-of-the-art gym and numerous fitness classes, tennis courts (for an extra fee) and a full locker room with showers. Massages and personal training are available for a fee as well.

Vail Racquet Club has its own kid's playground on site, however, there is also a very large park right around the corner.

The property also has Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers. Two in the Club parking lot (in front of the pool fence closer to Building 15) and two in the overflow lot (across from Building 5).

Vail Mountain is just a few minutes away and the Town's free shuttle bus system runs every 15 minutes during ski season and every 30 minutes in the summer and stops right in front of Vail Racquet Club, so no car required! Once in Vail Village, it’s a short walk to the slopes, shopping and dining.

Guest access
Rental provides you with full access to my 1 bedroom/1 bath condo. However, due to the fact that the rental is through the owner (myself), Resort services are limited. Services including the Front Desk, Lobby and Concierge Amenities, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Key Handling, On-call Assistance, etc. are not available during your stay. For any of these services, you contact me (the owner) for assistance. I am available 24 hours a day/7 days a week during your stay.

Other things to note
We will not be able to accommodate long term stays during ski season. We apologize for the inconvenience. For all stays 30+ days outside of ski season intermediary cleaning will be required at 2 week intervals at the published cleaning fee rate.

In addition, check-in and check-out times may be flexible depending on whether there is another guest checking out on the day of your arrival or checking in on the day of your departure. Inquire with owner on whether flexibility is available.

Guests will be required to fill out a guest information form as well as sign a rental agreement which notes association and condo rules.

East Vail, a neighborhood in Vail, is home to this apartment. Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater is a popular area attraction and if an activity is on the agenda, Vail Ski Resort and Beaver Creek Ski Area are worth checking out. Colorado Snowsports Museum and Hall of Fame and Cogswell Gallery are also worth visiting.
