• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Load and start the dishwasher
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Strip beds of used sheets and put on top of beds. used bath/hand towels/wash cloths put in shower (curtain open)/tub. all garbage in the receptacle outside front door (with secure lid).
• Turn all thermostats [8 total] off in the summer & set to 50 degrees in freezing temps. the water heater switch is in the gear room downstairs [ it's labeled]. please switch water heater off.
• Put fire pit and chairs under deck if used. there's a water shut off for the outside spigot in basement bedroom in utility room. if used to wash atv's or whatever, please turn off the outdoor water.
