Nestled in the idyllic golf course community of Alderbrook, located directly next to a tee box you can relax while watching golfers tee off right in front of you. Golf, kayak, boat the Hood hCanal and hike the Olympic National Forest all in one day if you want. You can do it all from this centrally located newly remodeled home. Great for families, 2 bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the living room. There is a hot tub you can enjoy after all of your fun daily activities. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Basement includes a pool table, ping pong table, TV, walk-out to the yard as well as a full sized washer & dryer.

Main level includes very well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom with walk-in shower, and queen sized Murphy bed.

Upper level includes main bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with queen bed and a full shower/tub combo bathroom.

Great deck with propane BBQ overlooking yard and golf course. House sits right next to tee box so you can sit there and watch golfers tee off right from the deck.

Access to the house has ramps rather than stairs. There is a queen size Murphy bed and a walk-in shower in the main floor in case you need easily accessible accommodations. Not fully ADA compliant though.

We welcome your dogs as traveling companions. We do have a pet fee of $50 if you choose to bring them. Please be courteous and abide by this rule. The community does have a leash law, so please make sure you have your dog stay on leash, even if staying within the yard. The yard is not fenced, so please make sure you have the appropriate gear necessary to keep your pet safe and secure when outside.

Located in Union, this vacation home is next to a golf course. Hood Canal Marina and Hoodsport Winery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Twanoh State Park and Potlatch State Park.
